Lowell first graders get flags

Lowell's Landry Elementary School's first graders, following Lane County Voiture 80 of the Forty and Eight's Flags for First Graders presentation. The presentation is an educational program by the veterans' organization Forty and Eight conducted in elementary schools to educate some of our youngest students on our flag's history, etiquette and protocol.
