SPECIAL MEETING WITH

SUB BUDGET COMMITTEE

The Springfield Utility Board plans to hold a special meeting to meet with SUB’s Budget Committee on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., immediately prior to its 6:00 p.m. regular Board meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to give SUB’s Budget Committee a midyear budget review including midyear financials, categories of capital projects, preliminary 10-year cash flow projections, rate increase projections for 2022-2031, working capital reserves, and information showing how SUB is doing year-to-date with its budget, and a prognosis for the 2023 budget year.

Members of the public are invited to join the meetings remotely via phone or internet, or in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. Prior to the meeting, a detailed agenda will be available on SUB’s website at www.subutil.com with instructions to join remotely. Public comment may also be submitted to the Board in advance by Noon on August 10, by using the email link also provided on the agenda.
