Randall Jernigan-Wynn arrested in Cottage Grove on March 22

Randall Neal Jernigan-Wynn, 57, was arrested without incident on March 22 at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 600 blk. of East Main Street in Cottage Grove.
Jernigan-Wynn is the same man that the Lane County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Special Response Team, tried to locate in the 100 blk. of North 2nd Street in Creswell on Feb. 24.
During the raid on the Creswell home, part of Creswell’s corridor along West Oregon Avenue was shut down as flash bangs and gas were used in an attempt to extract Jernigan-Wynn from the residence, to no avail. He was nowhere to be found.
Assisted by Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), the United States Marshal Service and Lane County Sheriff’s Office, Cottage Grove Police arrested Jernigan-Wynn on the following charges: three counts of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine; three counts of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine; six counts of Felon in Possession of Weapon; two counts of Unlawful Delivery of Heroin; Unlawful Possession of Heroin; and Delivery of Methamphetamine Within 1,000 Feet of a School.
Also seized during the arrest of Jernigan-Wynn was a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency, among other items.
