Suzanne Rose Bottorff: Jan. 1954 – Nov. 16, 2021

Suzanne Rose Bottorff of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 16, 2021, surrounded by loved ones after a long fight with ovarian cancer. She is survived by her husband, Bob, of 48 years; her daughter Pam Bottorff and her son Allen (Angela) Bottorff; eight grandchildren, Brandon, Chelsey, Celeste, Chad, Carter, Joe, Grace and Sophie; and one great-grandson, Keagan; as well as brothers Mike (Tina) Miller and Jim Miller; and sisters Mary Anne King, Molly Fournier and Bobbie (Jeff) Lloyd. She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Joe Miller.

Sue was born in January of 1954 to Verl and Rose Miller in Cottage Grove. She spent her childhood there and met and married her high school sweetheart, Bob, in 1973.

She was a stay-at-home mother and raised their two children before working as a cafeteria manager for the South Lane School District. After relocating to Klamath Falls, Bob and Sue started a small logging company that she managed for over 20 years before eventually returning to Cottage Grove to be near family. She loved her garden, growing flowers, sewing, cooking and quilting. The joy of her life was spending time with her husband, kids, and grandkids. A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
