Jerry was born in Pocatello, Idaho on Sept. 8, 1932 to Alice and Jack Fox. She was the second of five children.
Jerry graduated from Cottage Grove High School in 1950. She married her high school sweetheart Vernon Demorest on May 11, 1951.
Jerry retired from Equitable Savings & Loan as branch manager of the location in Springfield. Jerry’s greatest love was for her family. She took pride in her home and enjoyed the beauty and joy that flowers brought. She also really enjoyed traveling the world with the love of her life, Vernon.
Jerry was called from this life on May 20, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jackie, brother Victor, her son Kelly and grandson Jeremy.
Jerry is survived by her husband Vernon, daughter Cindy Davis (Bob), daughter-in-law Kathy and her children Ryan and Mandy, sister Jeannie Fox, brother Tom Fox (Diane), granddaughter Tiffany Wilson, three great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
