The campaign: The Creswell Chamber of Commerce and its members encourage local shopping this holiday weekend. The ”Win a Window” program gives shoppers special discounts at participating businesses. Go to creswellchamber.com for details.
How it works: Consumers pick up a game card and shop locally at stores with a ”Win a Window” sign through Dec. 19. Make a qualifying purchase, and the store will ”stamp” your card. Fill out the front of the game card and take it to the Creswell Library or the Chamber office, 95 W. Oregon Ave. You can mail it to PO Box 577, Creswell, OR 97426.
The results: Three people will win gift baskets filled with products from local stores. One store owner will be recognized for winning the window-decorating contest. Winners will be announced at chronicle1909.com and creswellchamber.com.
