Patricia “Pat” Putman, 88, of Cottage Grove, Ore. passed away June 29, 2022. Pat was born October 21, 1933 in Wardner, Idaho to parents Franklin and Doris (McCarver) Ballard. She married Clyde Putman on September 22, 1949 in Baker, Ore. Pat was a stay-at-home mother, raising her four children.
