Photos: Rolling out the green carpet in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD – Coast to Coast Turf began installing artificial turf at the new baseball stadium at Hamlin Middle School and Sports Complex on Friday, Oct. 15. Installers included Jowe Flores, Tim Williams, Justis Garcia, and Paul Flores. Company supervisor Shane Nogueira explained that one  entire stretch of turf can have no more than a 1/16-inch variance.
