Real Estate Broker Tammy Sue Schuck goes above and beyond for her clients. Licensed in March 1995, Schuck has decades of experience in the field. After selling real estate in the Portland market throughout the nineties, she moved down to Creswell with her husband and daughter five years ago. Schuck grew up in a small town and appreciates the Creswell community. Active in her community, she loves to visit the local library, support the farmers market and volunteer for school functions. Shuck even just joined the Cottage Grove Elks Lodge.
Before moving to Creswell, Schuck worked as an assistant and then an agent for Stan Wiley Realtors in Portland. There, she found homes for a diverse clientele – working to home families from Hong Kong and Africa. Finding homes for these families sparked an interest in helping people attain the dream of homeownership. She has also worked as a certified purchasing manager and feels this background plays a key role in negotiating contracts as a real estate broker.
Upon moving to Creswell, Schuck worked for the Creswell School District, and then Adair Homes. Last year, she joined Hybrid Real Estate and couldn’t be happier. Schuck loves how the company feels like an extension of her family; the other agents are friendly and always willing to give advice.
A lot of agents focus on listings and selling homes, but helping people find their dream homes is what Schuck takes great pride in. She walks her clients through every step of finding a home: qualifying for loans, determining wants and needs, contract negotiation and purchasing the perfect house.
