The Brewstation and Coast Fork Feed Co. Store: Summer specials and brunch at The Brew

The Brewstation

Summer is the perfect time to be outdoors during the warm Oregon days, comfortable evenings and relaxing nights. The Brewstation and Coast Fork Feed Store has everything you’ll need to enjoy the warmer months and turn your backyard into a beautiful and comfortable sanctuary.
Back by popular demand, Coast Fork Feed is carrying Allsop solar lamps. These lamps are one of the most requested items in their home decor section and complement any sunroom, porch, patio or yard.
Allsop solar lamps are made of a virtually indestructible material known as Tyvek and come in all colors, shapes and sizes. Dale Smith, one of the Coast Fork Feed Store owners, bought her lamp nearly five years ago and leaves it out year-round, in all types of weather. These beautiful lamps use solar energy to charge their batteries and turn on in the evening, sending out stunning rays of magical light. Coast Fork Feed Store even receives replacement batteries from Allsop, which are free for those who purchased one of their lamps.
Allsop solar lamps are also available in glass and come in several compact shapes, ideal for smaller rooms or gardens.
This summer, Coast Fork Feed is also offering a new preserving option for those interested in canning: Pomona pectin. Pomona pectin is a citrus-based pectin that’s activated by calcium instead of glucose, allowing for the preserves to thicken without the added sugar – perfect for diabetic individuals, limited-calorie diets or those who just want the full flavor of the fruit.
Additionally, this item allows individuals to make larger or multiple batches at a time, creating a cost-effective alternative. Box and half-pound sizes are available, as well as Pomona pectin cookbooks for countless recipes, just in time for berry season.
Also in time for the growing season, Coast Fork Feed Store still has plenty of peppers, squash, eggplants and tomatoes remaining. All non-GMO vegetable starts are only $1 each.
Coast Fork Feed is a Down To Earth and Garden and Bloome organic and non-GMO supplier and employees are happy to answer any gardening questions. Compost, minerals, micronutrients and other products are available and are great alternatives to chemicals. A 20-percent off special on Baker Creek heirloom non-GMO seeds is currently available to customers.
Starting at noon on June 24, The Brewstation and Coast Fork Feed Store is hosting the Pelican Brewery Tap Takeover – a huge fundraiser for Tucker’s Cupboard, a local nonprofit organization. This event raises much-needed money for people unable to provide quality care to their pets due to financial limitations.
Veterinarians refer local individuals for scholarships which assist them with medical care, pet food, vet visits and other pet-related expenses. Each purchase of an on-tap Pelican Brew supports the fundraiser and earns the buyer a raffle ticket, entering them for a chance to win a kayak on June 24.
Sundays are a popular time at The Brewstation where customers are welcome to indulge in Quiche Lorraine specials for brunch. These quiches are world-renowned and pair nicely with mimosas and non-alcoholic drinks such as orange juice or locally brewed kombucha. Talented chefs also offer tangy and sweet salads made with produce grown directly onsite.
The Brewstation and Coast Fork Feed Store is more than just a beer garden and supply store, it’s a full garden and multipurpose store that offers tomato plants, fruits, berries, herbs, delicious meals and entertainment.
