NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creswell City Council will meet Monday April 13, 2020 at 7pm in the McClusky Council Chambers for a public hearing to consider Case No. PA-2020-02, a request by the City of Creswell to amend the Creswell Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Development Code to align with the State of Oregon’s model floodplain ordinance and Lane County’s Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan. Policies and goals drawn from Creswell’s annex to the County-wide NHMP will amend and replace Comprehensive Plan goals and policies related to Goal 7, Natural Hazards. Approval of the proposed amendments would amend Section 2.7 of the City’s Development Code related to the Floodplain Overlay zone.

Interested persons can offer their respective comments by attending each of the public hearings in person, at which time testimony will be taken; OR, written comments can be submitted to the City Council through the City Planner, in the following manner:
