There are three building types to choose from at the Cottage Events Venue Gingerbread Workshops through November and December, including a cottage style, a country church, and model of the Mosby Creek covered bridge. Below, a before and after look of the Mosby Creek bridge.

COTTAGE GROVE – The Cottage Events Venue is offering several opportunities for families to have creative holiday fun this season by decorating a handmade, pre-built gingerbread structure together.

There will be over 30 different candies and decorating items to choose from, ranging from candy canes to gummy butterflies to gingerbread fences.

Kim Still, venue owner, designed the three structures: a classic cottage style, a country church and a model of the Mosby Creek covered bridge. She bakes and assembles them in advance so the houses are ready for decorating when participants arrive.
