Letters of Gratitude from the Creswell Christian School

Editor’s Note: The Creswell Chronicle received a number of letters from Creswell Christian School students and staff, in response to the retirement of Principal Becky Lake and the closing of the school at the end of this school year. We are printing them below:


May 3, 2018

I have been at CCS and 5Cs since I was in the baby room. I love it here because the staff, principal and teachers treat the kids with tender, loving care! I would like to thank Mrs. Lake for being our principal for 41 years. She has done awesome at it!!

Some of the things I like about CCS are the strong relationships this school has with God, that we have chapel, and we are free to pray to God. I would like to thank the school for giving me and my brother a great education. Every day I feel like I come home with something new to tell my family!

I would like to tell Mrs. Lake how much I love...
