Katie Chapman's three PRs lead Lowell girls' track team

Katie Chapman won the 1500m during the Sweet Home meet.

Katie Chapman recorded three personal bests to lead the Lowell girls' track effort Saturday at the Prefontaine Memorial track meet in Coos Bay.

Chapman was timed in 1:08.99 in the 400m, 2:43.57 in the 800m and 6:01.96 in the 1500m.

Audra Chapman threw the shot 25-1, high jumped 4-4 and pole vaulted 6-0.

Nature Letts ran the 100m (16.11), 200m (34.45) and threw the shot 23-2; Summer Huey ran the 100m (17.24), 200m (36.13) and 400m (1:22.95); and Mackenzie Smith long jumped (10-10 1/4), threw the javelin (57-0) and ran the 1500m (7:45.56).
