Lane County Sheriff Sergeant Scott Denham poses with a new 18-speed mountain bike that will be used by deputies at the Creswell office, along with an additional bike for the reserve officers. According to Sgt. Denham, the bikes will be beneficial during events, like the Creswell Fourth of July parade, in managing crowd control and illegal parking. He also noted that the bikes will be beneficial for doing street level things at night around town. The bikes are outfitted with lights and a storage bag.
