The Creswell Hope Restored Project will be held this weekend, Friday, May 18 through Sunday, May 20, and volunteers are needed and encouraged to attend.
The purpose of the Hope Restored Project is to help families with school-age children whose homes are in need of refurbishment in order to create an environment that is more conducive to learning. The focus is on families who own their own homes, but due to life circumstances or hardships have been unable to carry out repairs or improvements that are needed for a better quality of life.
Members of the Creswell community will be working to restore homes at 152 N. B Street and at 82576 Green Valley St. Start time is 7 a.m. each morning, and the grand reveal will be at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please show up at these locations, or give Doug Allison a call at 817-875-4631 for more information.
Please be aware of road closures and plan ahead if you will be in these areas.
