Two Creswell men were recently arrested on sex abuse charges in connection with the arrest of Dustin Lee Stephens, 31, of Creswell, who was arrested on numerous sex abuse charges on March 8.
Dominic Alexander Hughes, 20, was arrested on April 4 and charged with four counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree (Felony).
Dakota Louis Fergason, 19, was arrested on April 22 and charged with Sex Abuse in the Third Degree (Misdemeanor).
The arrests of Hughes and Fergason were the result of an investigation following the arrest of Stephens, 31, who was arrested on March 8 and charged with 1. Display Child Sexual Conduct (Felony); 2. Encourage Child Sex Abuse First Degree (Felony); 3. Sexual Penetration First Degree (Felony); 4. Rape Second Degree (Felony); 5. Rape Second Degree (Felony); 6. Six Abuse First Degree (Felony).
All three cases are being handled through Lane County Circuit Court.
