Kim Miller: Sep. 19, 1950 – June 20, 2022

Kim Miller started his final journey at his home on June 20 2022, with the presence of his loved ones. Kim was born in Dragerton, Utah, to Albert and Lourine (Knight) Miller on Sept. 19, 1950. He was raised in Yuma, Ariz., with his five siblings: Ginger Dingman, who lives in Orem, Utah, Tommy Miller, Debra Miller, who both live in Bellingham, Wash., and Cloye Miller and Albert Miller Jr., who both live in Tucson, Ariz. Kim was gradu- ated from Yuma High School in 1969. He and his wife Jan (“Bobbi” as he called her), share six children: John Boston who lives in Phoenix, Ariz., Kimberly Kelland, who lives in Yuma, Ariz., Tommy Miller, Shad Miller, Mellisa Chvez and Scott Miller, who all live in Springfield, Ore. The couple later adopted a seventh child, Jody Wenner as a teenager, who lives in Salt Lake City.

Settling in Oregon in 1976, he was a concrete finisher for over 30 years before retiring. He was a dad, uncle, grandpa and great-grandpa. He was a husband to his wife Bobbi for nearly 44 years. His parents, his brother Tommy Lee, and his son Scott Wayne preceded him in death. Come share with us at his celebration of life informally on Friday, Aug. 12 at Countryside church, 11:30 a.m.  4 W.
