SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF SPECIAL PROCUREMENT

The Springfield Utility Board approved a staff request for Special Procurement to Vista for an on-premise HRIS/payroll system during the regular Board meeting that was held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022. This meeting was offered remotely and in-person in SUB’s Board Room located in the Annex Building at 223 A Street in Springfield. The Special Procurement is an exception to the normal requirements for competitive bidding pursuant to ORS 279B.085 and under SUB Contracting Policies, Section 3-7-4-17, if certain findings are made pursuant to ORS 279B.085(4)(a) and ORS 279B.085(4)(b)(A).

Affected persons shall have seven (7) days from the date of this Notice of Approval of the Special Procurement to protest the Special Procurement.
