PUBLIC NOTICE BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to ORS 294.401, that a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Creswell School District, Lane County, Oregon, will be held virtually on the 18th day of May, 2022 at 6:30 pm to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. 

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss proposed programs with the Budget Committee. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are currently closed to the public and being held virtually. Public comment will be taken in written format.

Written comments received by 5 pm on May 17, 2022 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on May 18, 2022. Public comments will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member.
