Brad Ford Stutzman, 75, of Cottage Grove, Ore. passed away at home from heart failure March 31, 2022.
Brad was born in Sutherlin, Ore. to parents Eldon and Florence (Livengood) Stutzman on June 16, 1946. He married Deanna McGee on Jan. 29, 1983 in Reno, Nev.
Brad worked as a truck driver at Reed’s Fuel Company for 27 years, and Eugene Sand and Gravel for 10 years. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing. His greatest joy was fishing for one or two months every summer in Alaska with his son and grandchildren.
Brad is survived by his wife Deanna of Cottage Grove; son Curt Stutzman of Cottage Grove; son Kenny Stutzman of Cottage Grove; son Randy Stutzman of Thorne Bay, Alaska; daughter Brenda Stutzman of Cottage Grove; brother Buster Stutzman of Sutherlin; sister Nellie Williams of Salome, Ariz.; brother David Stutzman of La Pine; sister Dixie Rook of Creswell; brother Wayne Cooper of Harrisburg; brother Claud Cooper of Cottage Grove; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Brad is preceded in death by his son Craig Stutzman and brother Bill Stutzman.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 8 at 2 p.m. at Fir Grove Cemetery.
