Frances Marie Coontz of Springfield passed away Aug. 8, 2021, at age 75. She was born Oct. 2, 1945, in Eugene, Ore., to Floyd L. and Minnie Mae (Stevens) Kull.
Frances married Harold Ray Coontz on Jan. 13, 1962, in Reno, Nev. She enjoyed camping in the forest and at the coast, visiting many fruit stands and farms, going to garage sales and taking in and caring for many feral cats.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold, and grandchildren, Michael and Kailee Coontz.
She is survived by her children, Mike, Cathy, Michelle and Brian; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Floyd Kull Jr.
