Alfred ‘Al’ Pimental, born Aug. 26, 1936, passed away at home in Creswell, Ore. on Jan. 21, 2021. He was home with his life partner Barb Perry and his “kids,” three dogs that were his joy in life.
Al served his country as a cook in the Navy during both Korea and Vietnam. He also enjoyed working as a cook for many years after he left the Navy.
He met Barb in Idaho after moving from Washington with his step son Daren.
Al loved going for long drives and visiting the coast. His time in the Navy was very special to him, he loved to visit Naval museums. Al never met a stranger and loved to visit with people, and loved to laugh. He has friends in every place he stopped.
He will be missed greatly by his friends and family and his “kids.”
