CRESWELL – City recorder Roberta Tharp is celebrating 20 years with the City of Creswell. Staff at this week’s council meeting presented Tharp with a plaque. “Roberta has a reserve of knowledge of the City that is unsurpassed ... she is a consummate professional,” city manager Michelle Amberg said. Mayor Amy Knudsen said: “Thank you for your service to our city, staff and council. You are a tremendous asset and provide valuable assistance to keep our city running smoothly.” Airport manager Shelley Humble is the longest employed person at the City, with one year on Tharp.
