Jeffrey Leroy Smith, 61, of Creswell, Ore. passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2021. Jeff was born on August 16, 1959 to Raymond and Shirley Smith. Jeff drove a log truck for over 35 years and most recently for Koos Trucking. He loved music, animals and good conversations with his friends and family the most in life. Jeff married Fay Martin in 1981 and had two children. Fay and Jeff later divorced and he married Barbara Smith in 1995. He is predeceased by his brother Larry and survived by his brother Doug Smith. Jeff is also survived by his son Corey Smith of Eugene, daughter Crystal (Jason) Martorano of Springfield and his three amazing grandchildren, Declan Smith of Colorado, Emma Martorano of Springfield and Aizlyn Smith of Eugene. A celebration of life was held Sunday, May 2 at Along Came Trudy in Springfield.
