Exhibit explores women’s suffrage

The Oregon Historical Society commemorates the bravery of activists and many others in an original exhibition, “Nevertheless, They Persisted: Women’s Voting Rights and the 19th Amendment.”

The exhibit is the subject of a talk at noon on Thursday, March 18 by Lori Erickson, curator of exhibitions and special projects at the Oregon Historical Society.

The virtual presentation is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Lane County. It is free and open to the public, but a reservation is required by noon on Monday, March 15. To make a reservation and receive an invitation link, visit LWVLC.org.
