Paul and Mary Kirkpatrick
Paul and Mary Kirkpatrick will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a cruise on a sternwheeler on the Columbia River. They got married in Eugene on Sept. 5, 1969. Their children will be having a party for them when they return. Their children are Crystal Kirkpatrick of Logan, New Mexico; Tom and Kari Kirkpatrick, of Creswell; and Ryan and Ali Kirkpatrick, of Eugene. They also have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Paul is a retired sheet metal worker after 35 years in the business. Mary is a retired medical transcriptionist. They keep plenty busy on their farm in Creswell. Paul likes to get out fishing and hunting whenever he can. Mary enjoys horseback riding, dog agility and quilting. They are members of the Creswell Faith Center.
