Businesses get bigger
✪ Creswell’s staple coffee hook up location, Creswell Coffee, 116 Melton Road, changed their name to Blue Valley Bistro in 2018. Owners Seth and Melissa Clark also expanded their business into Pleasant Hill in August, and are now also operating Espresso 58. They are also expanding into Coburg, where they will be opening another Blue Valley Bistro in Spring 2019. But they’re not done yet! The Clarks also got their new off-grid coffee trailer up and running in 2018. The cart is powered by solar and propane and can serve coffee almost anywhere.
✪ Wise Woman Herbals expanded their Creswell locations to include 275 Oregon Ave. in 2018, which is used for administrative purposes. The company still does their processing at their 185 and 155 Mill St. locations.
