EVELYN STEPP
Evelynn Stepp, a broker with Coldwell Banker Advantage One Properties, has been in the real estate business since 1990. For nearly 30 years, Stepp has purchased, sold and shown houses to individuals and families seeking their forever home.
Stepp sells and purchases both commercial and residential properties, and has countless years of experience making the dream of homeownership a reality. She was even appointed by the Governor of the Public Lands Advisory Committee to help the State of Oregon purchase, sell and exchange properties valued at over $100,000.
In the last couple of years, Evelyn took a step back from her passion due to several health concerns. Not only was Stepp dealing with constant knee pain in both legs, but she also found her vision declining. Prior to cataract surgery in October 2017, Stepp found herself falling and injuring herself with increasing frequency. After cataract surgery, however, Stepp was able to have both knees replaced in June 2018.
Stepp would like to thank the caring professionals who made her surgery and recovery a possibility. Patricia Feola, Stepp’s Physical Therapy Specialist, and Dr. Brian Jewett, her Orthopedic Surgeon, made her dreams come true and now, Stepp feels like ”a teenager again.”
Now that she’s recovered, she’s ready, willing and able to take care of her customers’ real estate needs once more.
