Fortnite tournament at Elite Game Spot

This past week, Elite Game Spot held a tournament for one of the most popular games: Fortnite. For a $10 entry fee, players had a chance to show their skills and potentially win a prize. Winners were based on the most eliminations in a single match. Each Player was able to play four rounds to register their best score.
Tournament winner, Adam Nyleen, won 2,000 V-Bucks, $25 Elite Game Spot Store Credit and a free Day Pass. Second place winner, Jason Hanson, won $20 Elite Game Spot Store Credit and two free one hour passes. Third place winner, Talon Villines, won two free one hour Passes.
Players ranged from elementary school children to adolescence, to adults. The tournament began at 7 p.m., and lasted until around 10 p.m. Players enjoyed hanging out with fellow Fortnite loving gamers in the fun and safe atmosphere provided by Elite Game Spot. Once the players finished all three matches for the tournament, they had the option to buy in for a second chance at victory for $15. They were also able to simply hang out and play on the various consoles.
Elite Game Spot is a local video gaming center with the latest and classic gaming systems. They have 12 50-inch TVs, five Ps4’s, Play Station VR, Oculus VR, sixe XboxOne’s, Wiiu, Nintendo Switch, NES and SNES classic and Sega. They also have a back room for parties with a projector connected to an XboxOne, to be used to game on a large screen, or to play movies.
Elite Game Spot is available for open game play, as well as birthday parties and events. Customers can rent out the party room and have a two-hour party during open gaming hours for $50 during the week and $75 on the weekend, plus $13.50 per player.
