Swinging in the Park with the Blue Skies Big Band

The Blue Skies Big Band under the direction of Daniel Cathey will be giving a free concert in the park. We will once again be joined by the fabulous Jewel Tones.
Bring your lawn chair or picnic blanket and a snack and enjoy some classic big band charts from the 1920’s, 30’s and 40’s. Grass swing dancing is not only permitted by highly expected! We hope to see you there!
Blue Skies is a 17 piece big band based in Eugene, Oregon. Our goal is to get people dancing and keep alive the great tradition of big band swing music of the 1920’s – 1940’s.
