Join the Springfield Public Library for the cult classic film Westworld (1973) on Tuesday, December 2nd, at 5PM.
About the movie:
John and Peter go to a futuristic amusement park called Delos for a $1,000 per day. While they are there, they can immerse themselves in the various “Theme Worlds” populated with realistic androids, including one featuring a Wild West Theme. All seems well, until the theme park begins to go awry. In a prelude to theme parks gone wrong, Michael Crichton writes and directs in this ever more relevant classic.
