– Bring your medicine drum for the first ten minutes, or simply come as you are and receive the healing of sound and rhythm
Part 2: Chanting circle featuring Sanskrit and Tibetan mantras, join in at your pace or lay back and receive
– If a mala or counting beads support, feel free to bring them
