Raising a daughter comes with so many questions, especially when it comes to food, body image, and self-confidence.
In this event, moms (and caregivers) will learn how everyday comments, routines, and responses shape a girl’s relationship with her body and with food. We’ll talk about common well-intended mistakes, what actually helps, and simple ways to respond when your daughter feels insecure, compares herself, or struggles around eating. The evening includes an activity to practice these conversations in a supportive environment.
