The Wildcrafting Workshops are back!! And we’re starting with Lemon Balm

We are partnering with a local business Rooted Remedies Apothecary for another season of Restorative Wildcrafting. These workshops are such a special time, learning about the land, how the plants work (and don’t work) with each other, and how we can help support the native ecosystem.

Invasive plants have quite a bad reputation, mostly because they tend to take over a space and hog resources. But, did you know many of them are medicinal allies? In this limited series, we focus on how to skillfully wildharvest certain plants and then learn how to make your own herbal extracts.

In this workshop, you get to:
-Learn from experts in their field about the importance of managing
populations of invasive species so native species can thrive
-Experience being out in the field and wild harvesting different herbs
-Make your own herbal medicine from the plants you harvest
with 1-on-1 help from a local herbalist
-Learn how to work with the extracts to build your home apothecary
-Feel more empowered by sharpening/adding new
skills to support your health and wellness
-Connect with and Build amazing community
