Farmers Market Opening Day!
Join us to celebrate the Opening Day of our market season on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-2pm at 7th and Main St in downtown Cottage Grove.
Find fresh local produce, baked goods, eggs, meat, honey, flowers, art, poetry, jewelry, and handcrafted goods from local artisans, makers, and farmers.
Sprouts at the Market will be hosting bilingual story time, games, and a market tote bag craft. Kids receive $10 to spend at the market!
Music at the Market is pleased to present Nick Rieser with live music from 10am-1pm.
The Master Gardeners Mobile Plant Clinic will be at the market! Bring your gardening queries and a soil sample for PH testing.
Spend $20 in SNAP at the info booth and receive up to $20 in Double Up Food Bucks free! Double Up Food Bucks can be used to purchase more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Bucka Bucka Bucks – $10 for folks to buy local lean protein and eggs at the Market! Two $5 tokens per family. Household income must be less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit. Tokens must be used the same day. Check-in at the Info Booth on Market Day to get your Bucka Bucka Bucks along with your SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks.
