Springfield, OR – Join Springfield Public Library and experience an evening where dance is juxtaposed with storytelling, in an exploration of movement, memory, identity, and heritage. The event will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday April 22nd.
About the Program:
This event features Sitara Carden, a Classical Indian Dancer, and Jaclyn Moyer, storyteller and author of On Golden Hill a memoir detailing her experience reconnecting to her heritage through sustainable organic farming. This event reflects on the complexities of belonging and cultural connection through art.
