CANCELLED! Siege Demo at “Autumn at The Airport”

After much duscussion with Master Quinn, and watching the forecast, due to seriously wet weather the demo for tomorrow is cancelled. It will be unsafe to use siege engines in such rain
We will cancell completely.
We are located at the far end of the event, with a safety gap between us and the nearest other activity
There will be no siege engines to draw attention to a popup in the field
It’ll be pouring rain
There will only be 6 or 7 of us there, if that.
I have spoken with the airport event planner and asked them to keep us in mind for next year

Please join us for a demonstration as our Siege Weapons Team launches Pumpkins from the Trebuchet and the Catapult. Help us share our passion for the SCA by wearing your best garb (weather appropriate) and support your siege team as the endeavor to make a royal mess of as many 2-3lb pumpkins as the airport is able to obtain!
