Springfield jail upgrades health services

SPRINGFIELD – The Springfield Police Department & City of Springfield have entered into a new partnership with Wellpath, a company providing medical and mental healthcare services to vulnerable patients to provide comprehensive medical services to the adults in custody at the Springfield Municipal Jail. 

“Our partnership with WellPath will allow us to continue providing necessary medical care for adults in custody and this was forged through the support of Lane County,”Nancy Newton, Springfield City Manager said. 

Wellpath employs clinicians and professionals in 35 states, provides medical and mental healthcare . . .
